Price and arrival time in three taps
A real night call-out, roughly
2:14am
Drip. Drip. Pop.
Something under the kitchen sink gives way. Water's heading for the hallway.

The good kind of water
Hot water,
back on.
Most of what we do isn't emergencies. It's getting the everyday stuff back: hot water, a sink that drains, a shower that doesn't go cold halfway through.

Who turns up
Three Hartleys and a van called Big Blue.
Mike started in 1994 with one van and a phone number that hasn't changed since. Danny and Jay run the vans now. Mike still takes the night calls twice a week, because he likes it.

“Water heater died on a Sunday. Booked at 9am, Danny was here by 11, fixed for exactly the price they quoted.”
“Picked a slot online, got a text with Jay's photo, and he turned up on time in shoe covers. Easiest tradesman I've ever booked.”
“Burst pipe at 2am. Mike talked me through shutting off the water, then came out himself.”
“They told me the $40 fix would do instead of selling me a new disposal. That's why they get all our calls now.”
“Main line backed up the night before Thanksgiving. Cleared by 9pm. Dinner went ahead.”

Questions
Good to know.
How much is a call-out?
Nothing on top of the job price in the daytime. Between 10pm and 7am there's a flat $75 night charge, and we tell you before we set off.
Do you really come out at night?
Yes. One of the family is on call every night of the year, and a person answers the phone, not a machine.
What if the job turns out bigger?
We stop and show you before doing anything extra. You decide, and the price for the original job still stands.
Which areas do you cover?
Dayton and the towns around it: Kettering, Oakwood, Beavercreek, Centerville, Huber Heights, Vandalia, Miamisburg, Trotwood and Fairborn.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or check when the job's done. Nothing up front for repairs.
