Four things that keep you safe.

Keep away from it
Don't touch a sparking outlet, a hot switch or anything wet near electricity.

Switch off at the main
Only if the panel is dry and safe to reach. The main is the big breaker at the top.

Unplug what you can
From other outlets, so nothing surges when the power comes back.

Call 911 for fire or smoke
Then call us. We'll talk you through the next ten minutes while we drive.
