The pasta is rolled.
Every sheet of pasta we serve tonight is rolled by hand this morning. Twenty-eight years, not one packet.

Family recipes from Abruzzo, a wine list we're proud of, and a table waiting for you.
Nonna Rosa opened Bella Notte with twelve tables and one rule: the pasta is made the morning it's served. Twenty-eight years later, it still is.

4pm
Beef, pork, San Marzano tomatoes and six slow hours. The kitchen smells like Sunday at Nonna's.

7pm
Marco pours. A short list, mostly Italian, all of it chosen because we drink it ourselves.

9pm
Birthdays, first dates, regulars who've had the same table since 2003. This is the part we love.

A beautiful night

“The pappardelle alone is worth the trip across town. We've been coming every anniversary for eleven years.”
“Loud in the best way. Marco remembered our names on the second visit.”
“Booked the room upstairs for my dad's seventieth. They made it feel like his own restaurant for the night.”
