Roofs built for the weather at 5,280 feet.
Hail, wind, snow and sun: Denver throws all four at your roof. We've been building for it since 1987.
01The weather here
Three hundred daysof sun a year. Thenone June afternoonthe sky turns green, and it hails golf balls.
Denver sits in the middle of Hail Alley, the stretch of the Front Range that sees more damaging hail than almost anywhere in the country. One ten-minute storm can total a roof that looks fine from the street.
So we don't just fit roofs. We build them for this: tested against hail, nailed for chinook winds, sealed against ice, and made to last in thin mountain sun.

Built for the

Every roof in this valley gets hail, wind, snow and sun. Ours are built for all four.
How we build ↓
01 / 04Built for the hail
Hail
UL 2218 · Class 4
Class 4, tested with steel balls.
Our standard roof carries the top UL 2218 impact rating: shingles that survive two-inch steel balls dropped from twenty feet. Many Colorado insurers knock money off your premium for it.

02 / 04Built for the wind
Wind
Rated to 130 mph
Six nails a shingle, not four.
Chinook gusts along the foothills can top 100 mph. We hand-set six nails in every shingle and seal every ridge, so the whole roof is rated to 130 mph.

03 / 04Built for the snow
Snow
Ice & water shield, every eave
No ice dams. No ceiling stains.
Ice-and-water shield goes down on every eave and valley, so when snow melts and refreezes it can't creep back under the shingles and into your house.

04 / 04Built for the sun
Sun
Cool-roof granules
Built for 300 days of it.
The sun hits harder at 5,280 feet. Reflective granules stop shingles cooking and curling, and keep your attic cooler all summer.

Our own crew
Every person on your roof is on our payroll, trained our way, and answers to us. We never sub a job out.
02
Tied off, every job
Harness and rope on every roof, every day. It costs us an hour. We think it's worth it.
03
Magnet-swept yard
Tarps over the flower beds, a magnetic sweep for nails, and the old roof hauled away the same day.

“My dad started Ridgeline with one truck in 1987. We've never grown faster than we could train people to do it properly.”

“Hail took out half our roof in June. They met the adjuster, got the claim approved and had the new roof on in a day.”
