New patients

Your first visit, made easy.

New to Juniper, or new to dentists for a while? Here is everything that happens, so nothing surprises you.

The first hour

An hour, by the clock.

  1. 8:00

    Arrive

Park out front. No clipboard: the forms came by text the day before.

  2. 8:05

    Settle in

Tea, a quiet room facing the mountains, and headphones if you'd like them.

  3. 8:15

    Talk first

Ten minutes about you, your teeth and anything that worries you. Nothing starts until you're ready.

  4. 8:30

    A gentle exam

We look, show you what we see on the screen beside you, and stop whenever you raise a hand.

  5. 8:50

    A plan, priced

What we'd do, what can wait, and what each part costs, written down for you to take home.

  6. 9:00

    Back to your day

Out the door within the hour, with a next visit booked only if you want one.

What to bring

Three things, no clipboard.

The forms come by text the day before, so you can fill them in on the couch.

  1. 1

    Photo ID

    A driver's licence or passport.

  2. 2

    Insurance card

Send a photo ahead and we'll check your cover before you come.

  3. 3

    Your medicines

A list is fine, or the bottles themselves.

Questions

Will my insurance cover it?+

We work with most PPO plans and file the claim for you. Send us your details and we'll check your cover before you come in.

I'm nervous about dentists. What happens?+

Tell us when you book. We'll go slower, explain every step before it happens, and you can stop at any time by raising a hand. Sedation is available for longer treatments.

How do I pay?+

Card or HSA/FSA on the day. Larger treatments can be spread over twelve months at no interest.

What should I bring?+

Photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medicines you take. The forms come by text the day before.

How soon can I be seen?+

Usually within a week, and the same day for pain or a broken tooth. Call and we'll find a time.
